Kaden Coaching – Clarity Call (Discovery Session) Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Clarity Call

2. Nature of the Relationship

• This call is not therapy, counseling, financial advising, or medical consultation.
• Kaden Coaching provides coaching services only, focused on clarity, self-discovery, and aligned action.
• You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Confidentiality

• Everything you share during the Clarity Call will be treated as private and confidential.
• Confidentiality has the following limits: if required by law, or if there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, disclosure may be necessary.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

• The Clarity Call must be booked through the official Kaden Coaching calendar link.
• Please attend the session on time. Late arrival may shorten the duration of your session.
• If you can’t attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

5. Recording & Use of Materials

• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, unless you specifically request not to be recorded before the session begins.
• Recordings, notes, or resources are for internal use only and will not be shared publicly without your written consent.
• Any materials provided by Kaden Coaching are for your personal use only and may not be copied, sold, or distributed.

6. No Obligation Policy

• The Clarity Call is 100% free and comes with no obligation to continue into a paid coaching program.
• If you choose to continue, program details, fees, and terms will be provided in a separate Coaching Agreement.
