Kaden Coaching Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2025
At Kaden Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”), your privacy is part of how we serve you well. We collect only what we need to deliver coaching, communicate clearly, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal information.
If you have questions at any time, email support@kadencoaching.com.

1) What we collect

We collect information in three ways:
You provide it directly
  • Contact details (name, email, phone).
  • Booking details (availability, time zone, session preferences).
  • Intake forms and goals you choose to share.
  • Messages you send us (email, text, chat) and testimonials you consent to provide.
  • Payment and billing details (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
It’s collected automatically when you use our site
  • Basic device and usage data (pages viewed, browser type, IP address, approximate location).
  • Cookies and similar tools for analytics and performance.
We receive it from trusted tools we use
  • Scheduling and CRM platforms (e.g., calendar + form responses you submit).
  • Email service providers (newsletter preferences, open rates).
  • Payment processors (payment status, last 4 digits, transaction IDs).

2) How we use your information

We use your information to:
  • Deliver coaching and personalize your experience (the “True Freedom Framework™” is tailored to you).
  • Communicate about sessions, resources, and program updates.
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Improve our website, content, and services through aggregated analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3) Confidentiality vs. website privacy

  • Coaching works when you can be fully honest. What you share in coaching is confidential and used only to support your progress, consistent with our coaching agreement.
  • Public reviews or testimonials are only shared with your clear consent.

4) Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site reliable and to understand what content is useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may limit certain features.

5) When we share information

We share only when necessary to run the business securely:
  • Service providers (e.g., scheduling, CRM, email, payment, analytics) who are bound by contract to use data only for us and to protect it.
  • Legal purposes if required by law, to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud.
  • With your consent, such as featuring a testimonial.
We do not sell personal information.

6) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for coaching, business operations, and legal requirements. If you end coaching, we generally retain basic records (e.g., invoices, coaching logs) for bookkeeping and compliance, then securely delete or de-identify what’s no longer needed.

7) Your choices & rights

You’re in control:
  • Access/Update: Ask for a copy of your information or corrections.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your information, subject to legal/contract needs.
  • Marketing: Opt out of emails anytime using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
  • Cookies: Manage cookies in your browser settings.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we choose reputable vendors, limit access, and review our practices regularly.
